The customer prepares their parcel, walks into one of our 6,000 Pick-up Points®, and hands over their package: the merchant does the rest. From a pair of socks to an American-style fridge, we deliver packages of every size. We provide tailor-made solutions for every customer. Collection at local pick-up points, home delivery by appointment, collection of packages heavier than 70 kg at suburban drive-throughs: our delivery solutions adapt to the needs of consumers... but also, and above all, to their lifestyles. Our network of 6,000 Pick-up Points® in Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and Spain is partly decided by consumers who make their purchases online. What do they say?
